Kenya's Biggest Facebook Group Team Kenya Pulled Down
Today Kenyans woke to a shock after they found out that the biggest Facebook group in Kenya called Team Kenya had been suspended by Facebook. This has come as a shocker since the Group was a uniting factor in Facebook.
The Biggest Facebook Group which is also amongst the biggest in Africa had a membership of 2.1 M and it was growing everyday due to its active members and big numbers.
Facebook has not yet given relevant information on why they suspended the group but there is allegations that the group had of recently been reported to have been linked to suicide of some people among other mistakes.
This information has really angered Kenyans who mostly used Facebook given that it also provided free Facebook browsing. Kenyans were angered by this move since they would not come to terms with the fact that the biggest group had been pulled down.
Kenyans have now set up a new Team Kenya Group by Name "New Team Kenya" which has so far registered 3000 members and it's set to grow..
