The Fourth President Uhuru Kenyatta is one of the president's who has been known by kenyans for the longest time given that he was also the son of the first president. This said, the fourth president has been on the light since his early life until now that he is the president.
The president His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta has one wife known as Margaret Kenyatta and together they have children. The two who have been lovers for a long time now were married in a church wedding that was held in Nairobi in 1989. The wedding ceremony which was held at the Holy Basilika Nairobi was one of its kind.
In attendance at the ceremony was the former president Mzee Daniel Moi who was the president at the time. The former president was a close family to the Kenyatta's and he dressed the occasion which to many was one of a kind. Other powerful people who attended the wedding were former Cabinet Ministers and members of Parliament.
At the wedding ceremony, Uhuru Kenyatta's brother was the best man. This is rare given that it's not easy for one to be best man in the wedding of his own brother. The two tied their knot and went to live in a private life
Nothing much was publicly documented after the wedding as Uhuru and Margaret chose to live their lives away from the limelight, raising their children Jomo Kenyatta, Jaba Kenyatta and Ngina Kenyatta as private citizens, until Uhuru joined active politics.
