Man Allegedly Behind Murder of 'Storm', and Maruti of Kimilili, Turned To Ashes

Politics have taken a new turn recently as most people have started showing their interests in different positions politically. Politics come with ups and downs and some of the things that come with kenyan politics can't be well described. 

A fortnight ago, one Bungoma based musician- politician was murdered in cold blood and was burried last weekend in Uganda. The young man known as Peter Oteg was assassinated in cold blood when he was coming from a certain meeting. Peter Oteg was a former personal assistant of the Kimilili member of Parliament for 3 years and together they had a good working relation.

In a post shared today in a Facebook group known as Voice of Change, it was established that a suspect behind the assassination in Kimilili and Kanduyi both in Bungoma county was caught and burned to ashes. The man whose identify is yet to be revealed was caught by BodaBoda Riders and other local citizens who opted to take the law by their hands.

The man who was was led through Matili town and later on in an inhuman act burned down to ashes. The man Is said to have also killed another man known as Maruti of Kimilili. The reason as to why he did such acts has not been established since he was not even given chance to speak as the angry mob cried for his blood.

Confirming the incident, the area Police in command revealed that the police received the information late and arrived at the scene of incident late only to find the man already burning to ashes. 

Kimilili Constituency Residents have vowed to take action on any person who will be found guilty of killing another person. According to them, the police from the area have taken a longer time to arrest and charge the culprits behind the killings in the area. 

The Area Member of Parliament Hon Didmus Barasa had previously called on the police to take action and bring security to the Constituency as his people had cried to him due to lack of security.

The burned body of the suspect was taken to the morgue as the police continue with the investigations on the matter.
