Well we all know the benefits of water from glowing skin to healthy hair great digestion, good blood circulation, prevent constipation, normalize blood pressure, stabilize heartbeat, protecting organs and tissues, etc. And also an average human can survive upto 60 days taking water only. Water is very important to a lot of living beings that said without a doubt but taking too much water could be detrimental to your health.
Too much water in your system causes tissue swelling also known as edema,also the red blood cells to burst therefore no oxygen circulation in the body leading to death. While it is good to hydrate it is good to know what amount is good for your body. An average human should drink 4 to 8 glasses of water a day to stay healthy. Remember to stay hydrated people.

A contest was done back in 2007 in Sacramento California. Where the contestants had to take as much water as they could without releaving themselves. After many people dropping out of the contest,the second runners up started vomiting and had to be rushed to the hospital who later succumbed.
